God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. When the adulterous woman was brought before Jesus did He change God's law to not commit adultery? No. He told her to go and sin no more. She was to give Him her sins and leave that life in the past, moving forward with a clean slate and choosing a new path in life. God hasn't changed. We are to give our sins to Jesus, leave our old life in the past, and step into a new future where we worship God and not our sins. It isn't easy. Keep choosing Jesus. ~ Laurel Hawkes

21. Worlds Collide (Dream's Edge series Book 3) by Traci Hunter Abramson suspense romance. The story requires a little suspension of belief because the 84 Olympics took place in Sarajevo not Leningrad. However, Leningrad works for the story. It was a struggle for me because my favorite Olympic performance of all time was Torvill and Dean's ice dancing to Bolero. THA didn't cover the ice dancing at all but the pairs skating, which I don't remember. (Scott Hamilton won the men's ice skating. He's another favorite.) If you don't know the history or are easily able to put it aside for the story, you won't have the difficulty I did. It's a satisfying read once I was able to accept that THA stays true to the fiction. Yes, I bought it in paperback to keep. The book is worth reading. For those who are curious, here's the Olympic's video of Torvill and Dean: https://youtu.be/KNCSij0hUp8 It still takes my breath away.

22. Someone to Trust (Life Unexpected series Book 2) by Melanie D. Snitker Christian contemporary romance. A sweet story of choosing friends and family. 

23. Crazy for the Sweet Confections Baker (Crystal Creek series Book 1) by Danyelle Ferguson suspense romance. Twists and turns. A bumpy start for the characters that allowed for good growth in the story. Looking forward to reading the next book.

24. Christmas in Love (Greenbank Romances Book 1) by Karen Thornell contemporary romance. A sweet comedy.

25. Holiday Hero (Texas K-9 Unit Christmas) by Shirlee McCoy inspirational suspense romance. Dogs make every story better. LOL!
