I tried continuing to take care of myself without the weekly followup here; it didn't work. I forget. I need weekly written accountability. I'll take a break during the holidays. I'm learning that simply creating accountability once in a while helps with maintaining consistency.
Within the first three days of making this decision, and following through, my knee is doing better and so is my back.
I remembered to do physical therapy every day and took some short walks.
Eating healthier is becoming a fascinating priority instead of a drudgery.
Sleep is also improving. For the first time in years, without being sick, I slept 7-1/2 hours straight. Thanks God!
