Coconut oil...

I'd heard it was good for you. I've heard this for years. I decided to try it.

What I've discovered already:

It's expensive. 31.5 fl oz for $8.39. However, it's taking me a long time to use it.

It's very light in flavor.

I use a lot less than when I use butter.
