Carpe Diem... Bristol...

NASCAR at Bristol: Carl came in 18th, which really wasn't too bad considering Burton crashed into him early on. Go Carl!

The Irish Soda Bread (on Pinterest) I made yesterday was yummy. Today, I'm making pancakes with the leftover buttermilk.
