My Heroes... Mrs. Button Gwinnett
She and her husband came to America, from Bristol, England, in 1770, and then Georgia, in 1773. Her husband's popularity excelled until 1777. The tides turned, so much so, that after his death, due to a duel, she and her children "disappeared."
Such a brief hold on a moment in history and then gone, like a puff of smoke. And yet, that moment in history changed the world forevermore.
Am I willing to be a puff of smoke in a vital moment of history?

Week 392 of REAL
REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake
26: Short walks. PT. UB. Used 1-lb weights x1. Stretch.
What Navy SEALs are required to do to make it into BUD/S:
Right up front: Never in a million years could I do what is required. However, I needed to start somewhere. Considering how fit the SEALs are, I figured it was a good place to start. So my SEAL puppy reps (SEALp) consist of girls' pushups, crunches, and flutter kicks, a SEAL training basic. I started with doing one of each. Since my accident I haven't done these, but I'm working to add them back into my routine.
PT ~ Physical therapy
UB ~ Upper body exercises
SEALFit shared some good hints I want to learn and remember:
20: Short walks. PT. UB. Used 1-lb weights x1. Stretch.
21: 2-mile walk. PT. UB. Used 1-lb weights x2. Stretch.
22: Rest.
23: 2-mile walk. PT. UB. Used 1-lb weights x3. Stretch.

My Heroes... Mary Izard Middleton
Mary was said to be quite beautiful. She bore nine children, three boys and six girls. One of the boys died in infancy and one of the girls died unmarried. The others all married. Like so many, their home was ransacked. Paintings and frames slashed or broken. The main structure remained but little else. Arthur Middleton was the brother of Mrs. Edward Rutledge, yes, also a Declaration signer. She was, in no way, a shrinking violet. When she sent word to her husband out walking that the house was burning, he said, "Let it burn." She refused and arranged to have the fire put out. She may have been renowned for her beauty, but she was also definitely a strong woman.

Last day for editing...
I'm sad to see the end of the series. The Endless Possibilities series grew into the Endless Knights series. Knight in Disguise ties up both. I have another Regency series in mind, but unrelated. Time to finish.

Brain Dump
Rule #1: Stop lying, especially to yourself. Before baby became a word, the term was fetus, in Latin. Fetus = Baby It's a baby.
