Another follow up...

I'm struggling, and I need the incentive.

I made it through the day in a relatively even-tempered fashion. Go me.

Did a bit of exercise. Yay.

Ate better. Yay.

Added a little to Giving Thanks. Yay.

 Read. Yay

Praising God in the storm

Giving the battle to God

Today, repeat, again, only hopefully a little better.
