How does anyone take news reporters seriously? I saw an article about how a comment from the president could be traced back to 1967. Really? You have to go back 53 years to dig up the dirt you want to throw? Did the reporter bother to ask the president what he meant? Nope. Didn't bother. Another reporter did bother to ask and was told that the words were in reference to something that happened that day. Not 53 years old but hours. I not only can't take the reporter seriously, but I can't take seriously anyone who shared the reporter's article. It revealed nothing about the current event but definitely shone a light on the bias of the reporter and those who chose to believe her.
Not long after the article was released, the newspaper itself admitted it was biased. If a paper is biased, it isn't a newspaper; it's an opinion paper.
