Using 1, 2, and/or 4-lb weights:
PT ~ Physical therapy
UBP ~ Upper body exercises, pushups, and chair sits against the wall

SEALFit shared some good hints I want to learn and remember:
Mon: 30 min walk outside, recumbent bike (50 cycles), elliptical (20 cycles), stairs Walk around the house PT 0-lb x5 1-lb x1 FL x5
Tue: 5 laps around the house 3 minutes/50 laps is 30 minutes/25 laps is 15 min total 45 minutes PT 0-lb x5 FL x5
Wed: 1 hour and 10 min exercise: 40+ min walk (around the house inside and out) stairs bike (55 cycles) elliptical (25 cycles) sweep/vacuum 30 min grocery shopping with my sister (took the walker) PT 0-lb x5 1-lb x1 FL x5 Walked to the neighbor's; the mailman put their mail in my box.
Thu: Walk around the house 10 min chunks (forgot to keep track) PT 0-lb x5 FL x5
Fri: Walk around the house 10 minute chunks x7+ PT 0-lb x5 FL x5
Sat: 35 min walk outside 20 min around the house bike 60 cycles elliptical 30 cycles PT 0-lb x5 1-lb x1 FL x5
Not loosing more weight, more's the pity, but improving my stamina.
