REAL

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

What Navy SEALs are required to do to make it into BUD/S:
Right up front: Never in a million years could I do what is required. However, I needed to start somewhere. Considering how fit the SEALs are, I figured it was a good place to start. My pushups are against the wall.

Using 1, 2, and/or 4-lb weights:
PT ~ Physical therapy
UBP ~ Upper body exercises, pushups, and chair sits against the wall
FL ~ Sitting foot lifts to strengthen knees

SEALFit shared some good hints I want to learn and remember:

Mon: Walk outside and inside PT 0-lb x7 FL x5

Tue: Walk 1/4 mile plus (outside and in; short) elliptical 75 cycles bike 200 cycles (3 min) stairs PT 0-lb x8 1-lb x5 FL x5

WedWalk around the house/trash out, using walker PT 0-lb x8 FL x5

Thu: Walk 3/8+ mile yard work 1 hour elliptical 100 cycles bike 4 min stairs PT 0-lb x8 1-lb x5 FL x5

Fri:
Walk inside and out stairs PT 0-lb x8 FL x5

Sat: Walk 3/8+ mile elliptical 110 cycles bike 4 min stairs PT 0-lb x8 1-lb x5 FL x5

Brain Dump

Rule #1: Stop lying, especially to yourself. Before baby became a word, the term was fetus, in Latin. Fetus = Baby It's a baby.
