REAL 27 April 2026
Uncomfortably warm at the beginning of the week and then a cooling down a bit. Thanks God. Short walks some days. A bit of yard work. PT sometimes. Eating a little better. Trying to find a balance in drinking water, too little isn't good for the kidneys but too much washes away electrolytes faster than I can replace. Discovering the need to do stretches for my ankles and feet before I rise in the morning.
