Instead of creating super viruses, how about spending all that money and research into eradicating bed bugs. Wait...maybe wait... Rumor has it somebody released a mosquito that is supposed to eradicate mosquitoes. We'll see. Maybe we should see how this works out before we go any further with other bugs. Man's brilliant ideas to make the world a better place tend to make it much worse, when God is not part of the plan. All that is good comes from God. Man is not God. God sure puts up with a lot of shenanigans from us.
