My Heroes... Thomas Stone...

Interesting that so little is known of Thomas Stone. Though he practiced law, he preferred a private life. He did support the cause of freedom, but did not seek a career in politics. He performed the duties to which he was elected but never sought to distinguish himself. He supported independence and made himself useful toward that end. He died in the forty-fifth year of his life. So young.
