Yesterday, I was completely thrown off track.
I actually woke on my own. I thought, "Great start to the day! I'm on top of things!"
Spoke too soon.
I did go for a mile walk. Ate breakfast. Went grocery shopping and picked up work. What happened?
Caught up on emails and FB and blogs. Ate lunch early. Time with the dog... and I simply couldn't keep my mind on anything. I even had trouble reading my book of choice. So frustrating.
I know it's bad when I can't even concentrating on reading.
Hoping, today is a new start.
