Additional Follow Up

Did some editing and re-writing of Knight in Disguise. I think I can finally move forward.

I'm working through plans to improve my eating habits.

Hmmm... it doesn't look like I did much, but I know I did.

I'm attempting to be less rigid about keeping track of every moment.

I did eat better.
