Follow Up 2 Aug 2016

NASCAR ~ Carl came in 8th, after the race was called early because of fog. FOG.

How'd I do?

I added over 1,000 words to All or Nothing. Progress. Feel like a roadblock has been moved, a bit.

Exercised. Yay!

Ate healthy. Yay!

Did not defrost the fridge. Plans had to change.

Did not watch television, except to check the weather.
