Brain Dump

All the hype about needing anti-bacterial cleaners makes me wonder: Do people understand that not all bacteria is bad? Anti-bacterial cleaners, like antibiotics, don't care about good or bad bacteria; the cleaners kills it all, which means you're losing good bacteria, too. Even bad bacteria isn't all bad; in small doses, it helps your body build healthy defenses. Without bad bacteria for your body to naturally fight, your immune system weakens. Then when something really bad comes along, your body has no way to fight it.
