REAL 2015 Jul 14

Short walks. Below 110 is manageable. Above 110, it's difficult to even breathe. With the hot weather, smoothies are a regular part of the diet. Interesting change, choosing cherries and chicken salad over chips, popcorn, and cookies. Learning. Waking early is a returning habit. Upped the water intake to stay hydrated.
