Routines...

I know some people hate the thought of routines. I used to be one of them. I've learned a few things.

Routines are boundaries I set for myself.

Routines help me accomplish my goals.

Routines need to be flexible. Because a routine is flexible, it doesn't mean it needs to be shattered to be spontaneous.
