I misstepped, again. I've sprained my ankle, once again, after finally working back up to 2 miles after spraining it last March. I can be a bit clumsy, and the ankle has been weak for as long as I can remember. Bah.

What Navy SEALs are required to do to make it into BUD/S:
RIght up front: Never in a million years could I do what is required. However, I needed to start somewhere. Considering how fit the SEALs are, I figured it was a good place to start. So my SEAL puppy reps (SEALp) consist of girls' pushups, crunches, and flutter kicks, a SEAL training basic. I started with doing one of each.
PT ~ Physical therapy using 2-lb and 1-lb weights, alternating days.
UB ~ Upper body exercises
I'm starting low, at 10, to restart my workouts, with no weights yet.
20: Walk to the end of the driveway. PT.
21: Walked around the Ren Faire. PT.
22: Rest.
23: Walk down two houses. PT.
24: Walk down two houses and 45 minutes of wandering around a grocery store. PT.
25: Walk down two houses. PT.
26: I didn't walk the two houses, but I have several errands to run, which will include a great deal more walking than two houses. PT.
