REAL Feb Mar 4-9

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

Walks and physical therapy are tougher when it rains, but what a relief to not beat myself up for missing a day or two. It's easier to just pick up where I left off on a better day. Sleeping is good some nights and not others but improving, I think. Eating healthy is a daily challenge, but I keep trying to improve.
