Jesus endured suffering in the Garden of Gethsemane, an unjust trial, beating, flogging, a crown of thorns, a grueling walk carrying the cross, and then crucifixion. He died for each and every person who ever lived or ever would live. The choice is ours to accept the gift. He was laid in a tomb. It was a truly awful day, but Sunday is coming.
