REAL Mar 11-16

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

This week's bit of extra was a bit of spring cleaning, dusting, including baseboards and hard to reach spots on the floor, along with other chores in the house. Pulled a few weeds. Eating better and improving my sleeping habits, earlier to bed and using lavender.
