Not much writing...

...however, butter and a chocolate heart were made for today's photo shoot. God willing there will be enough to cloud cover to keep the glare at bay long enough to take the photos. I've collected all I'm able. I learned that sweet peas are not available through a florist shop but at a nursery. I think I've cleared all the Desert Breeze stuff from my blogs. I did add a paragraph.

REAL Week 469

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

What Navy SEALs are required to do to make it into BUD/S:
Right up front: Never in a million years could I do what is required. However, I needed to start somewhere. Considering how fit the SEALs are, I figured it was a good place to start. So my SEAL puppy reps (SEALp) consist of girls' pushups, crunches, and flutter kicks, a SEAL training basic. I started with doing one of each.  Since my accident I haven't done these, but I'm working to add them back into my routine. Currently, I can't sit on the floor and hope to get up again, so crunches and flutter kicks are on hold, and my pushups are against the wall.

Using 1-lb weights:
PT ~ Physical therapy
UBP ~ Upper body exercises and pushups

SEALFit shared some good hints I want to learn and remember:

20: PT. UBP. x3. Stretch.

21: 1+ mile walk. PT. UBP. x4. Stretch.

22: Rest.

23: 2-mile walk. PT. UBP. x4. Stretch.

24: PT. UBP.
x2. Stretch.

25: 1-mile walk. PT. UBP. x4. Stretch.

26: 1/4-mile walk. PT. UBP. x2. Stretch.

TBR

71. Valor's Vigil (Episode 8 of the Virtues and Valor series) by Hallee Bridgeman World War II romance. Hallee uses real WWII heroines as her inspiration for this series. In this one, she relates the real story of the hero who inspired the episode. I enjoyed the story of the same events from different points of view. I also enjoyed the history bits. It was worth the price to me.

72. Come to Me Alive by Leah Atwood contemporary Christian romance.

73. From Russia With Love (The Heirs of Anton series) by Sarah May Warren Christian suspense romance. Russia isn't a common destination for romance novels. I enjoyed it. I'd read another book by the same author.

74. Fire and Ash by Anne Patrick Christian suspense romance. She writes a good story. I own other books by Anne.

75. A Lifetime to Share (Oregon Trail Dreaming' series Book 2) by Kathleen Ball Western romance.

Moving forward...

Another chapter is re-written. I'm much happier with the quality of the storytelling. I'm editing my novella, as well. I'd like to publish it this month. Plenty to do.

Keep Going...

A friend is coming for lunch, today, and maybe my sister, too. It's good to make time for chats over a meal. I'll also continue working on my writing. Yes, the picture is blurry. It's a pretty good representation of how I feel sometimes. Life is a bit blurry but still beautiful.
