Goal for the Day

Add 1,000 words to Christmas Lost. It's been a long time since I've added a thousand words in one day. It's time to up my game, again. I want to finish this book. I have to start somewhere.

REAL Week 414

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

What Navy SEALs are required to do to make it into BUD/S:
Right up front: Never in a million years could I do what is required. However, I needed to start somewhere. Considering how fit the SEALs are, I figured it was a good place to start. So my SEAL puppy reps (SEALp) consist of girls' pushups, crunches, and flutter kicks, a SEAL training basic. I started with doing one of each.  Since my accident I haven't done these, but I'm working to add them back into my routine.

PT ~ Physical therapy
UB ~ Upper body exercises

SEALFit shared some good hints I want to learn and remember:

23: 1-mile walk. PT. UB. Used 1-lb weights x1. Stretch. 15-minutes of yard work.

24: 1-1/2 mile walk. PT. UB. Used 1-lb weights x3. Stretch.

25: Rest.

26: 1-1/2 mile walk. PT. UB. Used 1-lb weights x3. Stretch.

27: 1/2-mile walk. PT. UB. 
Used 1-lb weights x1. Stretch.

28: 1-1/mile walk. PT. UB. Used 1-lb weights x3. Stretch.

29: 1/2-mile walk. PT. UB.

54. Skypirate (The Coalition Rebellion Book 2) by Justine Davis Sci-Fi romance. Steamy scenes. The continuing story that kept me turning pages. Each book focuses on three different couples.

55. The Kingbird (The Coalition Rebellion novella between Book 2 and 3) by Justine Davis Sci-Fi romance. This novella is a pleasant interlude between 2 and 3.
