I'm working to change some habits, to be more aware, to create some new habits.

I'm eating better.

My workouts are more consistent.

My writing habits are improving.

I'm reading books I enjoy, both fiction and non-fiction.

I'm trying new things.

I'm letting go of things that don't fit in my life anymore.

I'm watching less television and listening to more music.

I really like going to sleep to

The stars on my ceiling, from the kid's lantern I bought at Walmart, make me smile.

I bought new water bottles to help me drink all the water I need.

I'm learning to take care of me.
