He died for each and every person who ever lived or ever would live. The choice is ours to accept the gift. He was laid in a tomb. It was a truly awful day, but Sunday is coming.

My walks are as long but don't take me as long. An improvement. I'm taking more walks. Sleeping is good some nights and lousy others. I'm over eating.

This week's bit of extra was a bit of spring cleaning, dusting, including baseboards and hard to reach spots on the floor, along with other chores in the house. Pulled a few weeds. Eating better and improving my sleeping habits, earlier to bed and using lavender.

Walks and physical therapy are tougher when it rains, but what a relief to not beat myself up for missing a day or two. It's easier to just pick up where I left off on a better day. Sleeping is good some nights and not others but improving, I think. Eating healthy is a daily challenge, but I keep trying to improve.

Brain Dump

Solar power is great, when it works. I thought about obtaining a solar-powered generator for the few times the power goes out. Nope, nope, nope. It usually goest out during a storm. What would be the point? My little rabbit holding a solar powered lantern is adorable and a great nightlight, when it works. Sunny days are awesome, and the lantern lasts all night. Rainy days prove the problem with solar. The lantern dims to useless before the sun rises. And yet "they" say that solar is reliable. Where do "they" live? Or are they telling tales to sale a product in which they've invested? Things that make you go hmmm.
