I'm taking extra walks. To be honest, I'm surprised by how much more I'm willing to do now that I'm not keeping careful track of what I'm doing. Taking care of the yard, planting pansies, trimming the palms, pulling weeks, all are less tedious and drudgery now I'm not keeping time, simply doing what needs to be done. I'm even being more aware of what I'm eating.
