I learned something new. Did you know there are two different schools of thought in the science community regarding viruses? One believes viruses are living organisms. The other believes viruses are dead. So, when they say that the vaccine is made from dead virus are they reassuring or stating the obvious?

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

What Navy SEALs are required to do to make it into BUD/S:
Right up front: Never in a million years could I do what is required. However, I needed to start somewhere. Considering how fit the SEALs are, I figured it was a good place to start. My pushups are against the wall.

Using 1, 2, and/or 4-lb weights:
PT ~ Physical therapy
UBP ~ Upper body exercises, pushups, and chair sits against the wall

SEALFit shared some good hints I want to learn and remember:

23: 1/2-mile walk PT UBP 0-lb x3 Stretch

24: 1-1/2 mile walk PT UBP 0-lb x3 1-lb x3 Stretch 1 hour yard work

25: Rest

26: 1-3/4 mile walk PT UBP 0-lb x3 1-lb x3 Stretch

27: 1/2 mile walk PT UBP 0-lb 
x3 Stretch

28: 1-3/4 mile walk PT UBP 0-lb x3 1-lb x3 Stretch

Brain Dump

I read about a young man who came down with a mild case of the coronavirus. Unfortunately, his grandmother came down with it and died. He is devastated believing that he killed his grandmother. This is a vile lie, perpetuated by misguided individuals, who use fear to control others. It's also evil. 

God alone determines life or death.

I pray for this young man's peace of mind and heart.
