REAL Jul 1-6

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

Too hot to walk much. Did take a short one around my little "block." Doing more moving around the house. Eating better, I think. Discovered it's better if I sleep in my recliner, in front of the fan, for the first few hours of the night, and then go to bed. The first stretches my back, while the second elevates my feet.
