REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake
A short walk. Heat is miserable; fall is coming. Adjusting my eating, again, for the better, I think. Sleep still all over the place, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. Trying to remember how to stand straight, again, like a string attached to your spinal cord, all the way up through the back of your head, pulling you taller; old modeling habit I learned and trying to revive.
