REAL Jul 15-20

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

A short walk, weeding, physical therapy. I've added stress balls in an effort to improve hand strength. Eating was good some days and terrible others. However, terrible days are nothing like they used to be; they're greatly improved. Sleep was hit and miss, more miss than hit.
