60-second pumpkin cake

The recipe was posted on Pinterest. I also shared it on my blog, but it's been a while. I've also made a couple of additions. I tend to heap all the measurements, except the water.

3 Tablespoons of white cake mix

1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. I make my own.

1 Tablespoon pumpkin puree

1 Tablespoon of water

I also add:

1/2 Tablespoon of chopped semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 Tablespoon shredded coconut

Blend and cook in microwave for 60 seconds

Delicious.

I should take a picture of the cake, but I haven't yet, so these are clouds I thought were interesting.
