Follow Up 27 Dec

How'd I do?

All or Nothing is a little closer to being published. Little by little. Back at it today.

Walked and did my physical therapy.

Ate much better.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Kneaders with a dear friend.

Praising God in the storm.
