REAL Sep 23-28

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

Still too hot to walk. Physical therapy makes a difference. Sleep is erratic. Eating healthier; an ongoing challenge to not overeat. I'm not buying Halloween candy; definite progress. Creating healthier coping skills. Reading instead of eating or letting the mice in my head run wild.

After this, I'm taking a break from tracking.
