I added to Leap of Faith Day. I'll finish this week.
My left shoulder and upper arm have been bothering me for a couple of weeks. Yes, I know exactly what I did. I woke up sleeping "wrong." All I could think as I carefully straightened my arm was, "That's gonna hurt." Worse, I sleep on my left side, every night, so it's difficult for it to properly heal. I also remind myself that it will probably take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to heal. In the mean time, God help me. I'm not a nice person when I'm in this much pain.
I ate pretty well, today.
