REAL Apr 15-20

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

Trying to walk 1 mile 3x a week. Only made it twice this week. The heat is tiring and makes sleep less restful. Will start using protein shakes again but want to try them in the evening instead of the morning.
