A couple 1-mile walks. With the weather warming up, walks in the middle of the day are no longer possible. It's early morning or doesn't get done. I don't always remember to do my physical therapy, but I do it more often than not. I've discovered I don't crave popcorn if I have cornflakes for breakfast. Learning, learning, learning.
