REAL Mar 25-30

REAL - Reduce stress Exercise Adequate sleep Lower caloric intake

Took some extra walks and walked a little further a few times. Sometimes slept well. Sometimes didn't. Eating unhealthy is still a tough habit to break but still trying. 

Tomorrow = Today!
