Follow Up

How'd I do?

Deleted an unneeded scene from All or Nothing and added more.

Exercised, walked a little further. Yay. Knees doing okay.

Enjoyed Kneaders for lunch with a friend. Didn't do too well throughout the afternoon. Could have been worse.

Read as a break.
