...I include comfort foods. See above.
...I exercise on a regular basis.
...I protect myself from the foods to which I'm allergic or sensitive.
...I don't play games with my food, i.e., use it as a reward or a punishment.

This is a good list. A large part of the battle to change our habits is to realize and accept such important truths about ourselves.
