I took the weekend to reset.

Today, it's back to writing, praying for God's inspiration and guidance. Help me to be a blessing.

A new day promises the opportunity to start over.

Exercise.

Healthy eating.

    Mondays seem like good days for starting fresh, especially after a weekend of resetting. Hope your Monday is going as you hoped it would -- and even if it isn't, I hope it's still filled with blessings!
