It fascinates me that my little coconut ice cream sandwich after dinner satisfies me so completely I stop snacking. I'm full and content and don't want anything more.

Interesting to discover that though I love coconut ice cream sandwiches, I do not like coconut ice cream. Weird. Raspberries, avocado, and lettuce all in one day was a mistake. Tummy not happy.

Chicken baking with Catalina Island dressing and breadcrumbs as a coating smells delicious, but the taste isn't worth noting.
