Deadlines...

...generally mean my diet is a mess. I'm proud of myself for restarting my exercise routine. I'm even proud of myself that I didn't actually stop only stumbled a bit. Now, to create healthier eating habits.

    I started a new exercise program right before Christmas and then I got sick. Thanks for sharing this - I'm going to start back tomorrow.
