Joel Runyon shared his "No Limits Diet."

I may try the emails.
Somewhere, I read about the importance of eating something live every day. No, I don't mean a goldfish type live. I mean an apple, a banana, an orange, veggies, something that is "fresh" from the garden. I can't control how long something sits in warehouses or on trucks, so I'm working with what I have. I'm going to give it another try.
So far: Starting Saturday, mushrooms, spinach, sprouts, banana, lettuce, tomato, apple, broccoli and carrots. A good start.
