Oreos win.
Having come to this unwanted but honest admission, I'm willing to acknowledge sometimes it is simply better to walk away. I'm walking away. If I have the opportunity to have a single-serving bag of Oreos, I'll happily accept. If not, I'll walk away as a way of loving myself enough to choose healthy over yummy.
Interestingly enough, Cheez-Its are not a loss. However, I prefer SunChips, so why waste calories on Cheez-Its? I don't need chips, but once in a while I like them. I'm giving myself permission to have them once in a while.
I'm learning to say "no" to foods I kind of like. Why waste calories on "kind of" when I can waste them on delicious and satisfying?
