I had a real case of writer's block recently, when trying to write a newsletter for work. The need to write came right at the time of my mother-in-law's death so I was quite befuddled and struggled with writing. Thankfully, it passed, but the newsletter had to be put on hold until my brain was back on track. ;-) It's a relief to get past that block, isn't it?

Yes, it's great to move past a block, and educational because I usually discover I was going in the wrong direction and needed a course correction.
