ReplyDeleteLOL! It's actually how I sort of feel toward breakfast. I know that all the health gurus tout eating as soon as you wake up, but I've noticed I feel better if I wait a few hours. Then again, that might be more psychological than actually physical.
ReplyDeleteYou get a slap to the hand, Judy. You must eat breakfast within an hour after waking else your body starts to steal calories from muscles, not fat.

:-) I was raised by a nutrition fanatic. I suspect the variant in my health is rebellion, but since it works for me, I'm not complaining. I do try to eat as soon as I start to feel hungry.
