Thanks for sharing this Judy. I thought it was quite poignant in light of the recent revelations about Lance Armstrong's doping.
ReplyDeleteMe, too, Kara. I think I would have been impressed no matter what, but the current debacle added depth to my appreciation for someone who held integrity and honor higher than winning.
DeleteI loved reading about this. Isn't it like the press to spread everything about a mass killer but little mention of a real hero that knows what integrity means.
